Daily maintenance strategy of Medical Vending Machine :

1. External cleaning

1) When the machine has dust, just wipe it with a dry cloth.

2) In case of serious dirt, it can be washed with warm water or detergent diluted with warm water.

3) Do not use solvents or alkaline liquids, otherwise, the panel and existing keys may crack.

2. Cleaning of the evaporator, when there is dirt inside the evaporator, clean it with water after taking it out. The cleaning steps are as follows:

1) Remove the windshield;

2) Lift the evaporator up, remove the hook from the hook hole, and pull it forward. At this time, do not shake the evaporation tube up and down;

3) Drain the water in the evaporator, then clean it and wipe it dry with a dry cloth;

4) After cleaning, return the evaporator to its original position, and hang the evaporator firmly into the hook hole of the host;

5) Put the wind deflector back in place and tighten the screws.

3. Cleaning of the condenser. Clean it more than once a month, use a vacuum cleaner or a brush to remove the garbage or dirt attached to the cooling fins of the condenser. It should be noted that, please use a brush made of materials other than metal, and gently move up and down to clean.

4. The cleaning of the product delivery chute. In order to ensure the smooth flow of goods, it is necessary to wipe the dirt on the surface of the goods delivery chute with a cotton cloth or the like more than once a month.

5. Clean up the background board. The background plate must be cleaned of dirt more than once a month. The cleaning steps are as follows:

1) Open the door of the product showroom and remove the display stand.

2) Wipe off the dust with a dry cloth. If the dirt is serious, clean it with a cotton cloth moistened with warm water or diluted detergent.

3) After cleaning, restore the display stand to its original state.
